Reverend
Pastor Gary Mingo, was educated in Georgetown Guyana South
America. He is a graduate of Universal Bible Institute
and Training School in Newark, New Jersey also Eastern
Bible Institute in Irvington, New Jersey where he received
a diploma
in evangelism.
Pastor Mingo is the founder and overseer of The Greater Works Apostolic Ministry
Universal Church of Christ Incorporated, located in the city of East Orange,
New Jersey.
He is also the overseer of two other ministries in Guyana, People of Purpose
and Destiny and What About The Children Ministry.
in 1983 while residing in Georgetown, Guyana Pastor Mingo received a vision
from the Lord to start a prison ministry. It would later be come one of the
biggest
prison ministries in Guyana which later was instrumental in raising up five
other prison ministries all over the nation of Guyana, now headed my his former
church there, in Guyana the New Town Assemblies of God Church. Under the leadership
of Pastor Mingo, he has witness the
life of many inmates set free off
of death row and many more miracles .
He later migrated to the USA in 1985 and was led to fellowship with Dr Robert
C Jiggttes Jr who is the Founder of the Greater Liberty Temple Church of Christ
Inc., and who is also the
chancellor of the Universal Bible Institute and Training School in Newark ,
New Jersey. It was through the mentorship of Dr. Jiggetts that Pastor Mingo
recognized
the call of God on his life to start the Greater Works Apostolic Ministry.
However, like Abraham God would push Pastor Mingo out to start the Greater
Works Ministry
by faith in April of 2004 with the help of his former kindergarten school teacher
Bishop Christopher Lawrence Haynes, Pastor of Restoration Ministries in Bermuda
.
Pastor Mingo is actively involved with the community and for years has selflessly
and untiringly labored for the cause of the oppressed, hopeless and downtrodden
. He received a community award for his outstanding community service from
the Guyana committee. He is the National Evangelist of the Universal Church
of Christ
Inc.
Rev. Pastor Gary Mingo is compassionate, obedient, faithful and a renowned
Evangelist . He has touched many lives as he travels through out the United
States and into
foreign fields . Many souls have been saved through his witnessing, teaching
and preaching of the gospel. He is an anointed vessel of God, a man of vision
and is married to the beautiful Lady Eunice Mingo and is the father of four
beautiful children Trevor , Latoya , O'Brien and Brian .
There is no other task more critical to Pastor Mingo or more important to him
than reaching the unreached souls that are going into eternal judgement without
the Lord Jesus Christ.

Lord, I thank you now for opening up heaven itself and pouring
out blessings upon me beyond my wildest dreams. I decree that
I shall have more than enough to give into the Kingdom of God
and promote the Gospel of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. It
is so and cannot be otherwise in Jesus' name.
